As an Equipment Engineer in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to:
- Manage process equipment chiller and Dry vacuum pumps.
- Manage spare parts for Dry vacuum pump and chiller group.
- Chiller and Pump PM management and creation of PM procedure.
- Manage FDC & IOT system, good understanding of networking using LAN or Wireless technology.
- Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
- Coordinate and drive new equipment Abatements/chiller hookup, startup and release.
- Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost
- Train and coach PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
- Manage a small group of technicians.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical
- Attention to detail and have good analytical and problem solving skills
- High commitment and good team player
- Ability to think out of box.
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Preferably with project lead experience with good planning skills
