The client is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing design, development, and fabrication services to global technology innovators. Below position is open urgently.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shift (day & night)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 12-hour shifts to support wafer fab equipment operations and ensure tool readiness.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and equipment qualification (EQ).
- Assist Engineers in equipment installation, hook-up, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, analyze root causes, and minimize downtime.
- Support continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, and productivity enhancement projects.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Team (QIT) programs to improve yield and output quality.
- Maintain strong safety practices, housekeeping, and proper handling of tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- 1 year experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, wafer fab operations, or manufacturing equipment support preferred.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and equipment repair skills.
- Good teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.

- Oxide Etch, Poly Etch, Metal Etch, Dry Etch, Nitride Etch
- Lam, BEOL / FEOL tools
- Novellus, KAIJO, TEL (Tokyo Electron), AMAT (Applied Materials), Mattson
Photolithography Tools:
- ASML Scanner
- TEL Track
- Nikon / Canon Steppers
- CD-SEM
- KrF Lithography Systems
