- Manage and support Epicor ERP platform performance, customizations, and integrations provide Tier-2/3 technical support, root-cause analysis, and SQL optimization.
- Design and maintain secure, reusable BAQs and dashboards for reporting and analytics across executive, operational, and shop floor functions.
- Implement upgrade-resilient Application Studio customizations and automate business logic using BPMs, Epicor Functions, and REST/OData APIs.
- Lead ERP governance, documentation, and release management drive internal enablement to reduce consultant reliance and ensure continuous platform improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of technical experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic / Epicor 10), including design, customization, and support in Semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio customizations, and system integrations using Service Connect and REST/OData APIs.
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Angular/TypeScript and .NET experienced in production support, log analysis, security setup, and backup/restore.
