EPIC Consultant

We are hiring Epic-certified professionals to support the build, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the Epic platform for healthcare institutions in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the build, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the Epic platform to support operational and clinical requirements.
• Translate business and organizational requirements into functional Epic module configurations and optimized workflows.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle activities for Epic initiatives, including new implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement releases.
• Perform comprehensive system testing, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Manage change requests by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of updates.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption metrics to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, updates, and system changes.
• Act as the key liaison between technical teams, business users, and external partners for system-related matters.
• Provide user support and guidance, resolving incidents and operational queries promptly.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements, internal governance, and security standards.
• Establish and maintain appropriate access controls to safeguard patient and organizational data.
• Recommend and drive system enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Stay current with Epic releases, healthcare IT trends, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Holds a valid and current Epic certification.
• Experience supporting Epic implementation or optimization projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, including business stakeholders, vendors, and project members.
