We are seeking Epic-certified professionals to support the build, optimisation, and continuous enhancement of Epic Cogito and Caboodle analytics platforms for leading healthcare institutions in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and optimisation of Epic Cogito and Caboodle data and analytics solutions.
- Translate business and clinical reporting requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics workflows.
- Develop and maintain Caboodle data warehouse structures, ETL processes, and reporting layers.
- Design, build, and optimise dashboards and reports to support operational, clinical, and executive decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Support end-to-end lifecycle activities including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancement releases.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot data and reporting issues, and ensure high data quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data models, workflows, and reporting assets.
- Provide user support and training for analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on Epic Cogito releases and healthcare analytics best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst / Consultant, preferably within healthcare.
- Valid Epic Certification in Cogito and/or Caboodle (mandatory).
- Strong experience with data warehousing, reporting, and healthcare analytics.
- Experience in Epic implementation or optimisation projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
