Job Summary
This high-impact sales role focuses on converting enquiries into successful domestic helper placements. You will leverage negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to meet sales targets and maximize commission earnings.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process from initial enquiry to final placement, ensuring high conversion rates and closing deals efficiently
- Facilitate interviews between employers and migrant domestic workers, managing expectations to secure successful matches
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs to maximize commission earnings
- Accurately process all placement paperwork and regulatory documentation to finalize sales transactions
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold KAH or CEI certification as a mandatory qualification
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume closing environment
- Apply strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills to influence client decisions and close sales
- Exhibit resilience and effectively handle objections to maintain sales momentum
- Maintain a highly self-motivated, hunter mentality focused on achieving sales targets
- Commit to working a 6-day work week
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in high-volume closing environments is preferred but not mandatory
