About the Role
Great buildings don't run themselves. As Regional Engineering Account Manager, you'll be the person who makes sure they do. You'll lead engineering operations across a portfolio of office buildings, working closely with the client to set the standard for how work gets done, how teams perform, and how results are delivered. This is a client-facing role with real responsibility, real variety, and real impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead engineering managers and specialist teams across multiple sites
- Step in when complex technical problems arise
- Hire, coach, and develop your team
- Be the main point of contact for the client on all engineering matters
- Run regular performance reviews and planning sessions with the client
- Make sure buildings and mechanical systems run reliably, including HVAC, utilities, and building controls
- Ensure all sites meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Set common standards, procedures, and maintenance plans across all sites
- Manage the regional budget, including staff, contractors, and service providers
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Oversee capital projects, upgrades, and site changes across the portfolio
- Look for ways to improve reliability, reduce energy use, and work more efficiently
- Travel to sites across Singapore as needed
What You'll Need
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Facilities, or related), or equivalent experience with 5 to 8 years in a relevant role
- Experience managing engineering services across multiple office sites; exposure to process manufacturing, cleanroom, or laboratory environments is highly advantageous
- Background in engineering account management or senior technical leadership
- Experience leading teams: hiring, coaching, and managing performance
- Budget management experience
