The Role
We are looking for a Regional Alliance Director to manage a portfolio of industrial properties and lead a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and foster long-term partnerships.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Lead and mentor a cohesive, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes while transforming facility management services.
- Collaborate with regional and global leaders to align strategies and expand service offerings, boosting market share and profitability.
- Implement business strategies to cultivate profitable client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and negotiate contracts for maximum value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through regular engagement and tailored solutions.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree (MA, MS, or MBA) preferred, with leadership experience in manufacturing operations and facility management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex reports and make impactful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
