Morgan McKinley is hiring to join our Global Team that helps businesses through scaled service delivery & operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide strategic guidance on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for network investment and construction projects in APAC, including Environmental Impact Assessments and adherence to relevant regional and international directives.
- Communicate and align environmental approvals with project development timelines.
- Review findings, scope, and provide guidance to consultants and internal teams on environmental conditions and permitting requirements.
- Manage environmental risks throughout the network project lifecycle, from due diligence to execution and operation.
- Identify, evaluate, and monitor regulatory changes and permitting risks affecting network installation projects.
- Ensure compliance with environmental obligations outlined in permits or planning approvals and communicate these requirements across various teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of professional experience in environmental science, engineering, planning, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in APAC Environmental Impact Assessments and pre-development activities.
- Proficiency in data management and project management tools.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent task execution and tracking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of working with confidential information and establishing positive cross-functional relationships.
