Responsibilities
- Develop and implement environmental and sustainability strategies across operations
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and sustainability audits
- Monitor emissions, waste management, and resource efficiency metrics
- Support ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures
- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental footprint and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and industry standards
- Advise stakeholders on green initiatives and sustainable practices
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or ESG roles
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Ability to manage projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ISSB, TCFD)
- Familiarity with carbon accounting or lifecycle assessment tools
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors
- Knowledge of green building standards (e.g., LEED, BCA Green Mark)
- Professional sustainability certifications
