Job Description

Job Summary

You will lead the development and management of the Environmental Control Programme, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with stakeholders to maintain environmental standards on construction sites.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, execute, and monitor the Environmental Control Programme to ensure compliance with environmental standards
  • Identify and communicate all relevant environmental requirements to stakeholders to maintain regulatory adherence
  • Maintain and update documentation related to Environmental Control for accurate record-keeping and audit readiness
  • Train staff and promote Environmental Control Measures to enhance awareness and compliance on site
  • Prepare regular site environmental reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with government bodies, clients, and external providers to address Environmental Control issues and ensure alignment with regulations
  • Any other ad hoc duties required or assigned by Management that are relevant to the project.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Registered ECO (NEA)

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of Environmental Legislations, Regulations, Codes of Practices, and Singapore Standards
