Job Description:
- Handling day to day construction site environmental issues
- Critically reviewing, abstracting, and summarising regulatory and client requirements for all areas of environmental compliance
- Coordinate and advice project teams on environmental requirement
- Monitor and review all environmental issues and support to the Project Managers
- Prepare and submit site environmental control programmes and reports
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place
- Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB, and other relevant authorities, etc
- Facilitate and conduct internal auditing to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, GGBS, and BizSafe
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction, environmental or related fields
- NEA registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
- PUB registered Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO)
- Familiar with GGBS Green and Gracious Builders scheme audit
- At least merit or excellence grade
- Green environmental conscious
- Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Licences from NEA and PUB
