Work closely with the project team on environmental issues such as noise monitoring, pollution, vector control, air pollution, water pollution and drainage, prevention & control of infectious diseases, food hygiene, solid waste management, chemical storage & disposal, and haze response procedure. Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
Implement and monitor environmental control programs on site.
Prepare, submit statutory reports, and maintain documentation for environmental public health requirements on environmental issues.
Conduct regular inspections and actively be involved in environmental matters on site.
Enforces all environmental requirements and in-house rules and regulations
Attend site meetings/ client meetings and prepare weekly reports.
Liaise with government authorities in relation to safety and environment compliance matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be registered ECO with NEA
Must be registered as ECMO under IES
At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the building construction field
Work well under pressure and work independentlyEnvironmental control officer
