- Assess environmental impact of projects, operations, and development activities
- Conduct environmental risk assessments, audits, and compliance evaluations
- Provide recommendations to reduce environmental harm and improve sustainability practices
- Prepare Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and regulatory documentation
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Work with government agencies, developers, and organizations on environmental approvals
- Monitor pollution control, waste management, and resource usage practices
- Support remediation and environmental protection initiatives
Sustainability Specialist
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with corporate ESG goals
- Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable resource management
- Support green initiatives such as carbon reduction, recycling, and circular economy programs
- Track sustainability KPIs including carbon footprint, energy usage, and ESG performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into business operations
- Prepare sustainability reports and support ESG disclosures
- Identify opportunities for environmental and operational improvements
- Support certification initiatives (ISO 14001, sustainability ratings, etc.)
ESG Analyst
- Analyze Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and performance metrics
- Support ESG reporting, compliance, and disclosure requirements
- Evaluate corporate sustainability risks and opportunities
- Conduct ESG benchmarking against industry standards and competitors
- Assist in developing ESG frameworks, policies, and investment criteria
- Work with finance and investment teams on sustainable investment analysis
- Monitor regulatory developments related to ESG and sustainability reporting
- Prepare ESG dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 2–8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, or ESG-related roles
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and ESG standards
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience in environmental impact assessments or sustainability reporting preferred
- Familiarity with carbon accounting, energy management, or environmental monitoring tools
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of climate change, sustainability trends, and environmental policy
- Experience in consulting, corporate sustainability, or government agencies is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
