Job Summary
Supervise and lead cleaning operations at Pulau Bukom and/or Jurong Island sites, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards while managing teams and client communications to maintain high service quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations at assigned sites to maintain service quality and compliance
- Lead and coordinate a team of cleaning staff to achieve operational standards and efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
- Plan manpower deployment and oversee work schedules to optimize team productivity
- Liaise with clients on operational matters and feedback to enhance service delivery
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals for safety and effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience supervising cleaning operations or
- Must Possess WSQ certifications under Environmental Cleaning (EC):
Supervise Service Operations (CLG-SS-301C-1)
Demonstrate and Apply Understanding of Cleaning Methods and Processes (CLG-SS-304C-1)
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Effective communication and coordination skills to manage teams and client interactions
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and processes to ensure proper usage and maintenance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or facility cleaning environments
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in operational tasks
