Environment, Health, and Safety Coordinator (Processing Plant, West)

What You'll Do

• Safety Expert: Be the go-to person for safety rules. Make sure every project and office follows all national safety laws.

• Client Point of Contact: Work with the project managers to meet the safety standards requested by the client and handle all safety reports.

• Incident Handling: Lead investigations when things go wrong (like accidents or close calls). Figure out how to fix the problem so it doesn't happen again.

• Risk Checks: Review and enforce site-specific safety plans and risk checks. Make sure every worker understands and follows the rules.

• Team Communication: Talk regularly with supervisors and staff to keep safety standards high and make sure everyone stays 100% compliant.

Requirements

• WSH Certificates (including recent refresher courses).

• Certified to manage Work-at-Height and Confined Spaces.

• WSH Process Plant

• Experience: At least 3 years of safety work in the Constructionfield.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy lifting and working in small/enclosed spaces.

• Risk Management: Good at spotting hazards and planning how to avoid them.
