Entry-Level Research Analyst

OAKSFO Pte Ltd is a long-established MAS-licensed fund management company. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious individual to join us as an Entry-Level Research Analyst.

Position Overview

In this role, you will support the investment team by identifying and conducting due diligence on the macroeconomic environment and evolving industry trends and themes through in-depth research, , and contributing to the investment decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

. Conduct comprehensive research on economic data, and emerging industry trends, identify associated risks and present findings to the Investment Committee.

. Analyze the industry competitive landscape, supply chains and ecosystem to evaluate investment opportunities and risk factors.

. Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

. Maintain databases, dashboards for ongoing monitoring.

. Support the investment team on ad-hoc projects and other analytical tasks as required.

General Outline of Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in a STEM, or Economics discipline CFA qualification or candidacy is an advantage.

. Familiarity with valuation methodologies.

. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial and technical data.

. High attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear research reports and collaborate effectively across teams.

. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written), including the ability to analyze Chinese-language reports and financial statements, is a plus.

. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in investment research or a related field.
