Job Scope
- Support daily production operations to ensure smooth manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.
- Monitor product quality and assist with investigations of defects.
- Work with technicians and operators to improve production efficiency.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and update production documents, work instructions, and reports.
- Support equipment maintenance, validation, and qualification activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and engineering activities.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Open to candidates without experience as training will be provided
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work in a manufacturing environment and support production activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
