Entry Level Laboratory Technician (5 Days)

Responsibilities:
. Conduct laboratory testing and analysis on ingredients and finished products as required.
. Prepare reagents and samples, ensuring accurate testing and timely reporting of results.
. Record analytical data precisely and escalate any quality or safety deviations for investigation.
. Support troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve root causes of non-conformances.
. Carry out routine laboratory upkeep, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and environmental monitoring.
. Perform sampling at warehouses and on incoming raw materials when required.
. Participate in quality control & EHS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:
. Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Food Science Microbiology or a related discipline
. Candidates without experience but with keen interest are encouraged to apply
. Prior exposure to microbiological testing will be an advantage
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Independent and a good team player
