- Support dental procedures and assist with clinical preparations
- Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Provide administrative and frontline support at the reception area
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling arrangements
- Attend to phone calls and respond to general enquiries professionally
- Assist with payment collection and patient-related administrative matters
Requirements
- Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized, and service-oriented
