We partner with crossfunctional stakeholders across operations, engineering, IT, and data teams to deliver enterprisegrade solutions that support scalable business growth.
What You Will Do
- User Experience & Interface Design
- Design intuitive, userfriendly interfaces for multistep and highcomplexity enterprise workflows.
- Create visually polished UI that aligns with enterprise design standards and supports rolebased usage scenarios.
- Enterprise Workflow & Systems Thinking
- Analyze endtoend workflows, data flows, and system interactions to ensure seamless crossplatform experiences.
- Partner with business analysts and technical teams to define requirements and validate UX solutions.
- Ensure designs consider scalability, performance, system integrations, and global user needs.
- Research, Testing & Validation
- o Conduct user interviews, workflow observations, and usability studies to uncover insights and pain points.
- o Validate solutions through iterative testing and realworld feedback with manufacturing and operations teams.
- o Advocate for datadriven design decisions that improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners, engineers, IT, and data professionals to deliver feasible and highquality solutions.
- Support change management through clear documentation, guidelines, training materials, and UX assets.
- Design System & Governance
- Develop and maintain the Molex Enterprise UI / UX Style Guide, ensuring consistent use of components and interaction patterns.
- Lead UX standardization initiatives to ensure scalable, efficient, and unified design practices across global teams.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Certification in UI/UX, design systems and enterprise applications.
- >3 years of experience designing digital or enterprise applications with demonstrated workflow simplification in your portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred:
- Experience designing for enterprise systems, dashboards, or workflowdriven applications.
- Understanding of enterprise UX principles: multirole environments, complex workflows, and datadriven decision support.
- Knowledge of design systems, information architecture, usability methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.

A strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond UI and consider system behavior, adoption, and longterm usability.
Experience working on global or crosssite digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and deliver elegant user experiences at enterprise scale.
