Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite (80%)

- Lead full NetSuite revamp in 2026 for IPO readiness.

- Redesign workflows, approvals, audit trails.

- Standardise Finance, SCM, WMS, MRP, Manufacturing processes.

- Improve data integrity and eliminate legacy configurations.

- Deliver automation roadmap (20 processes across 2026-2027).

- Build dashboards and SuiteAnalytics reporting.

Integrations (2027 onward)

- Integrate NetSuite with sales platforms.

- Establish API/data-flow governance and documentation.

General IT Governance (20%)

- Access reviews, security controls, change management.

- Backup, monitoring, vendor management.

Support

- Resolve 90% of issues within SLA.

- Provide training and communication to leadership and teams.

Qualifications:

- 6-10 years NetSuite experience.

- Strong functional knowledge across modules.

- Experience with workflow redesign & governance.

- Integration exposure.

- Strong communication & documentation ability.

- Independent and execution-driven.

Good to Have:

- SuiteScript basics

- Sales platform integration experience

- Python/JS/SQL
