Job Description & Requirements
1. Program Governance & Cadence: Develop and maintain Program governance framework and cadence with clear roles and responsibilities Develop measures to evaluate success of departmental objectives.
2. Program Execution: Align the deliverables and outputs of individual projects Identify workable processes, standards and best practices for how teams should manage projects Monitor the progress and budget usage to ensure milestones are being met across various programs, highlight risk and critical issues where applicable.
3. Reporting and Program Documentation: Conduct data analysis and report on program performance Provide comprehensive view of all projects to the Sponsors Work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
4. Program Post-implementation: Define and measure program success Set up, coordinate a clear feedback structure and platform Identify opportunities for continual improvement.
5. Cross-workgroup coordination: Manage communications with all stakeholders Check dependencies and the interfaces between projects Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

You will be a great fit if you
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields. MBA preferred Experience: 6-8 years experience in project/program management or in a similar capacity.
- Experience in a multi-national company and in working with different cultures and countries.
- Strong numerate acumen, strong project management skills. A good understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
