About the Company

Our Client is a global consulting and technology services firm supporting enterprise organisations in large-scale ERP and digital transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and commercially-focused Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to support the growth of SAP-related consulting and technology solutions across the APAC region. The role involves managing enterprise sales engagements, developing strategic client relationships, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to drive business growth.

  • Drive sales initiatives for SAP-related solutions and services across new and existing enterprise customers
  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to develop tailored solution proposals and value propositions
  • Support regional sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting activities
  • Stay informed on SAP technologies, enterprise transformation trends, and regional market developments
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, customer engagements, and networking activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software or technology solution sales
  • Experience selling SAP-related solutions or services is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise ERP platforms and digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across multicultural environments
  • Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
