The Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud) is responsible for leading the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. The role supports business growth and digital transformation by delivering scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant architectures, particularly for BFSI customers with high regulatory and availability requirements.
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps for infrastructure, platform, and hybrid cloud.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and BFSI regulatory requirements.
- Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
On-Premise Infrastructure Architecture (Core Focus)
- Design enterprise on-premise infrastructure including compute, storage, network, virtualization, backup, DR, and HA
- Ensure performance, resilience, scalability, and security requirements are met.
- Lead modernization of legacy infrastructure.
Hybrid Cloud & Multi-Cloud Architecture
- Architect hybrid cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Define migration strategies including rehost, replatform, and refactor.
- Design secure connectivity and ensure FinOps efficiency.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end architecture solutions.
- Provide guidance on cloud-native, containers, middleware, and integration.
- Support pre-sales and solution proposals.
Security, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and security standards.
- Embed security-by-design, zero trust, IAM, and data protection principles.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business needs.
- Act as trusted advisor and lead architecture governance forums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, data center, and hybrid cloud roles.
- Proven experience as Enterprise, Infrastructure, or Solution Architect.
Knowledge:
- Data center, virtualization, backup, DR, networking, and cloud architectures.
Skills
- Hands-on AWS / Azure / GCP, TOGAF, ITIL Kubernetes preferred
