Project Description
Our client is a top tier global strategy consulting firm (MBB) seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support an upcoming engagement with a key Insurance client in Singapore keen to undertake a technology/digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires a skilled professional with deep expertise in insurance technical/solution architecture, and ideally experience of technology stack supporting the direct to customer digital channels. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in assessing the current state and defining the recommended target state enterprise architecture.
Architecture Strategy:
- Compete current state assessment
- Create target state recommendations and associated roadmaps
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior management, business, and tech teams to ensure proposed solutions align with organizational needs and technology vision
- Maintain and present solution documentation to various stakeholders, including senior management
Technical Leadership:
- Provide expertise in End-to-End insurance enterprise architecture leading practices
- Act as a technical authority and consultant within the organisation
Governance and Innovation:
- Serve as the accountable design authority for technology recommendations and architecture leadership
- Stay updated on technology trends and provide advice on potential benefits or impacts to the end Client
Ideal Profile
Must Have:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on insurance
- Experience with &aposas is&apos architecture assessment and &aposfuture state&apos architecture design within large-scale organisations
Skills:
- Ability to define solution architecture, create roadmaps, and align technology strategies with business needs
- Strong knowledge of insurance technology architecture and leading practice
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with technology architecture for direct to customer digital channel
