We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Enterprise Service Manager – Entity Management Solutions (EMS). Reporting to the Global Delivery Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being part of a team helping to manage ongoing contractual relationships to clients for EMS.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure all work performed is invoiced on time and in line with client contracts.
  • Continuing to update technical expertise, qualifications and experience required to provide the Service.
  • Promote the organisation's capabilities to clients, identify sales opportunities, working with colleagues to achieve contract extensions or new and additional business.
  • Manage the delivery of services from external service provider to clients and proactively escalate where expectations are not met.
  • Help team leaders with planning to ensure that operational capacity matches demand.
  • Flag anticipated SLA issues in a timely manner to line manager so that a resolution can be agreed.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and compliance requirements adhered to.
  • Helping to grow awareness of EMS as a service line.

Key requirements:

  • Degree-educated or equivalent professional experience; qualifications in company secretarial or legal disciplines are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, client management, and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Solid understanding of governance, company secretarial matters, and relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience in a global services and client-facing environment, with the ability to identify issues, engage subject-matter experts, and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to review, enhance, and implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery and drive profitability.
  • Strong alignment with Vistra's Values and commitment to upholding them in day-to-day work.
