We are looking for an Enterprise Search Consultant to design, implement, and optimize intelligent search and content analytics solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on helping organizations improve access to information, enhance content visibility, strengthen governance, and support better decision-making through effective search, classification, metadata enrichment, and analytics.
The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions that improve findability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the design and implementation of enterprise search and content analytics solutions.
- Gather and analyze business, technical, and operational requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize:data ingestion and indexing pipelinesmetadata enrichment and taggingclassification and categorization modelssearch relevance and rankingdashboards, analytics, and review workflows
- Integrate search solutions with enterprise repositories, collaboration platforms, and business applications.
- Support use cases such as:enterprise searchinformation governancerecords and content discoverysensitive-data identificationdocument and media analyticsknowledge management and AI enablement
- Prepare solution designs, implementation documents, test plans, and operational runbooks.
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-deployment optimization.
- Provide workshops, demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and clients.
- Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Library/Information Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:enterprise searchcontent analyticsinformation governanceintelligent document processinginformation retrieval solutionsenterprise content management
- Strong understanding of unstructured data processing, metadata, taxonomies, classification, and search relevance concepts.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration, APIs, and connector-based ingestion.
- Familiarity with enterprise content repositories, collaboration systems, or document management platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Search platform implementation or administration

- Entity extraction, classification, and content enrichment
