Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager with experience in Regulatory Technology (RegTech) to drive business growth across the Asia Pacific region.

Work Location

Singapore or Hong Kong (On-site)

Product & Target Client

This role covers multiple products, including but not limited to:

  • KYC / KYB
  • KYT & Transaction Monitoring
  • Dynamic Risk Assessment & Data Analytics

You will manage sales across traditional financial institutions as well as Web3 companies (e.g. crypto exchanges, OTC desks, wallets, payment providers, U-card issuers).

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that address regulatory compliance and operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new sales, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across Width's multi-product suite.
  • Understand the full product lifecycle, control requirements, and regulatory use cases for each solution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure:High deal close rate ; High customer satisfaction ; Strong renewal and retention rate
  • Advise clients on product enhancements, regulatory updates, and new solution rollouts.
  • Support client activities including commercial discussions, invoicing coordination, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Client Retention & Account Growth

  • Develop Business Continuity Plans and relationship management strategies for key accounts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across multiple products within the same client group.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compliance andrisk management.

Internal Process & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and complete client onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update client records, contract details, and special requirements.
  • Prepare internal reports on account status, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Actively communicate client feedback and requirements to: Sales Team ; Product & Development Team ; Customer Success Team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS / RegTech / FinTech sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in: Subscription-based ; Recurring revenue models
  • Strong understanding of: KYC / KYB / KYT ; Transaction Monitoring ; Risk Assessment & Data Analytics
  • Experience selling to: Banks, financial institutions, fintechs and/or Web3 companies (exchanges, wallets, OTC, crypto service providers)
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
