Role Description

This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting our Singapore sales team. The Enterprise SDR will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, generate pipeline through inbound and outbound activities, conduct market research, and engage potential clients across multiple communication channels. This role also involves building early-stage client relationships, understanding business needs, scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Qualification

  • Respond quickly to inbound enquiries.
  • Run short discovery calls to understand project needs.
  • Qualify leads using our criteria and book meetings for Account Managers.

Outbound Prospecting

  • Research and target mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Generate meetings for workplace and technology transformation projects.

Discovery & Handover

  • Uncover business challenges and key objectives.
  • Document clear notes and context in the CRM.
  • Ensure smooth, high-quality handovers to Account Managers.

CRM & Process

  • Log all activities and interactions in Salesforce/HubSpot/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Maintain clean, accurate lead and account information.
  • Track metrics like connect rates, meetings booked, and conversions.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers on account strategy.
  • Follow up on marketing leads, events, and campaigns.
  • Share market insights with Marketing and Sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years experience in SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in a B2B, Mid-Market, or Enterprise environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally across email, calls, and video meetings.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (80%) with Business Mandarin proficiency (20%).
  • Self-motivation, a results-driven mentality, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experienced using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
