A global listed fintech payments group is expanding its Singapore platform and hiring an Enterprise Risk & Regulatory Reporting Manager. This role sits close to senior leadership and plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory integrity, enterprise-level risk oversight, and confident engagement with regulators as the business scales in Asia.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that regulatory reporting is not a back-office function, but a core enterprise risk control.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership on the development and enhancement of the group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across operational, financial, product, and strategic risks.
- Lead risk assessments, stress considerations, and cross-functional risk coordination as the Singapore platform scales.
- Provide structured assurance that risk governance, data integrity, and internal controls are fit-for-purpose across business lines.
- Own MAS regulatory and prudential reporting in Singapore end-to-end, remaining the accountable point of contact in the regulator's eyes.
- Coordinate with global teams and analysts to ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, well-supported, and defensible.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years experience in MAS-facing regulatory reporting, enterprise risk, prudential risk, or regulatory risk roles within payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory submissions and confidence engaging directly with MAS.
- Exposure to broader enterprise risk frameworks or cross-risk oversight beyond pure reporting.
- Strong ability to connect data, systems, and controls to enterprise-level risk outcomes.
- Structured, commercially aware, and comfortable operating close to senior leadership in a scaling environment.
This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, meaningful ownership over regulatory risk outcomes, and the opportunity to help shape a scalable risk and reporting framework in a growing fintech platform.
