Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Maintain and monitor the risk register with mitigation plans and ownership.
• Conduct risk assessments for projects, initiatives, and operational changes.
• Perform internal control reviews across operations and ad-hoc projects.
• Oversee the Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) program.
• Review, update, and communicate policies and procedure manuals.
• Manage the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and ESG contributions.
• Promote a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, internal audit, or governance.
• Industry experience required in hospitality, construction, real estate, property development, or infrastructure-related sectors.
