Conduct risk assessments and scenario planning exercises to identify emerging risks and potential impacts on the Bank
Facilitate capital stress testing by working closely with other Risk Leads and functional units (such as Finance and Business) on the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis on macroeconomic developments and central bank monetary policies with a focus on Southeast Asian countries
Support the maintenance and refinement of enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies to remain relevant to changing business needs
Coordinate with the Compliance, Internal Audit and External Audit on enterprise risk-related matters
Support the holistic review of risk governance across risk domains including Credit, Market, Liquidity, and Operational risks etc., to ensure that risk-taking activities in alignment with the Bank's risk appetite
Provide secretarial support for the risk committee, including facilitating the consolidation of risk reports for committee meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance and/or related disciplines; Master's preferred
3+ years of experience in economic analysis, stress testing, or risk / governance roles
Advanced understanding of stress testing and scenario analysis
Self-motivated, result-driven with analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently and manage priorities
