MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise IT - Systems Analyst to support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of enterprise internal systems across CRM, HRMS, Finance, workflow automation, and operational platforms.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, identify suitable technology solutions and vendors, coordinate implementation projects, and support ongoing system improvements. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis, vendor coordination, and project management capabilities, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Candidates with experience in enterprise application implementation, SaaS platforms, vendor management, or internal systems transformation projects are highly preferred. An engineering or technical background will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other business teams to understand business processes, operational pain points, and system requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for enterprise systems and internal operational platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, workflows, and implementation requirements.

Vendor Evaluation & Management

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable vendors and SaaS solutions for business needs including:
  • CRM systems
  • HRMS platforms
  • Finance and accounting systems
  • Workflow and approval systems
  • Internal operational tools
  • Coordinate vendor discussions, product demos, solution comparisons, and implementation planning.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure systems are delivered according to business and operational requirements.
  • Track vendor delivery timelines, issues, risks, and implementation progress.
  • Support vendor onboarding, coordination, and ongoing relationship management activities.

Enterprise Systems Implementation

  • Coordinate implementation and rollout of enterprise systems and internal platforms.
  • Support system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, vendors, engineering, and infrastructure teams during implementation projects.
  • Support system integration, data migration, and workflow configuration activities where required.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and implementation milestones.
  • Organize project meetings, requirement discussions, testing sessions, and implementation follow-ups.
  • Ensure alignment across business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Technical & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams on:
  • APIs and system integrations
  • User access and permissions
  • Data flows and reporting requirements
  • Workflow configurations
  • Support troubleshooting, issue tracking, and operational follow-ups during implementation and production phases.
  • Participate in solution discussions to ensure systems are scalable, practical, and aligned with operational needs.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain clear and organized documentation including:
  • BRDs / FRDs
  • Process flows
  • SOPs
  • UAT documents
  • Vendor evaluation materials
  • User guides
  • Ensure implementation documentation and records are maintained for audit and governance purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business analysis, SaaS implementation, vendor management, or IT project coordination roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRM, HRMS, ERP, Finance, or workflow platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, SaaS providers, or implementation partners.
  • Good understanding of enterprise application implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination capabilities.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering, Information Systems, or technical background preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile or project delivery methodologies.
  • Basic SQL or data analysis capability is a plus.
  • Experience supporting greenfield system implementation or internal transformation projects is advantageous.
