Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Support Lead to oversee the global support, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR applications across the organization. Based in Singapore, this role will lead the Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) for HR systems, ensuring the stability, compliance, and effective operation of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and SAP EC Payroll across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, and SAP Concur.
- Oversee incident, change, release, and upgrade management activities in line with ITIL best practices.
- Act as the escalation point for complex HR and payroll system issues.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and regional CoEs to ensure consistent system governance and support.
- Manage HR system upgrades, testing, deployment, and change initiatives.
- Drive standardization of HR processes and system practices across global locations.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Systems Analysts and SMEs.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational standards.
- Provide hands-on support, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SAP HR solutions, with strong expertise in:
- SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Tracking, Learning, Performance & Compensation, Succession)
- SAP EC Payroll
- SAP Concur
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and system integration processes.
- Experience leading application support teams in a global environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and governance capabilities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- SAP, ITIL, or PMP certifications are advantageous.
