Industry Platform Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore incorporated firm specialising in growth consulting. The firm currently focuses on two areas Global Civil Nuclear and ASEAN Enterprise Technology. This role sits within the ASEAN Enterprise Technology business.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to begin a career built on conversations, curiosity and understanding how enterprises make decisions. You will be talking to a wide range of enterprise leaders, gathering insights, asking questions and helping the team prepare for meaningful engagement.
You will not be expected to know everything on day one. You will gradually learn how large organisations think about technology, develop confidence in conversations and build a rhythm of outreach, research and engagement across our six channels.

What You Will Do
- Engage enterprise stakeholders across Southeast Asia through conversations, outreach and follow ups, helping AIBP understand interests across sustainability, HR, technology, cybersecurity, data and digital transformation.
- Build confidence in speaking with enterprise contacts, adapting your questions and approach based on their roles and priorities.
- Support outreach by identifying relevant personas, preparing for conversations through light background research on organisations and themes, and ensuring disciplined follow through by capturing notes, updating CRM records and keeping engagements moving smoothly.
- Contribute to content and insight work by summarising discussions, preparing basic research inputs and supporting the development of questions for reports, podcasts or interviews.
- Participate in networking activities, online sessions and regional events to strengthen enterprise relationships and represent AIBP.
- Assist with engagement activities, including closed door discussions, networking sessions and online programmes, ensuring operational elements are executed reliably.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, technology, social sciences or a related field Enjoys speaking with people and gains energy from conversations
- Clear and structured communication, with strong listening skills
- Curious mindset, naturally asks questions and enjoys uncovering why enterprises do what they do
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts
- Works well with others and communicates openly
- Good with spreadsheets and willing to learn basic data handling
- Takes initiative and keeps tasks moving with guidance
- Excellent written and spoken English and an additional Southeast Asian language (Thai, Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese)
- Interest in enterprise B2B technology and Southeast Asia's business landscape
- Nice to have: familiarity with CRM tools
