Your Role
We are seeking young professionals to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics Team to support clients in large-scale enterprise data and AI transformations across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about solving complex business problems through a blend of strategic thinking, business innovation, and emerging technology.
What You Will Do
- Support the design of end-to-end GenAI/LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layers
- Build and present demos and proof-of-concepts using a variety of GenAI tools, frameworks, and models (open-source or commercial)
- Facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state solutions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and AI transformation
Your Profile
- 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting
- Exposure to data and AI transformation, GenAI, RAG, Machine Learning or data strategy projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in data engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus
