Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) administrator responsibility for and take care of the system hardware, application & system software, reports, and users.
Hardware includes library and object server workstations, backup devices, archive storage devices, client workstations, terminals, printers, and the networking equipment.
Software includes the base operating system, prerequisite software, and client and server programs, configuration files and shell scripts.
Installing and maintaining Content Manager OnDemand programs and other software required for CMOD.
Solving server, network, and application problems for CMOD upstream and downstream interfaces.
Support and manage the end-user Service Request (SR) and any CMOD incidents.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
To understand and follows coding guidelines and code review process as part of CI/CD process.
Assist in troubleshooting when there are errors in application.
Achieve the above Content Management deliverables.
