Role Overview:
You will originate and close enterprise clients with annual transaction volumes of USD10m+, selling cross-border pay-in/pay-out, FX, and global account solutions. The role focuses on winning new logos across e-commerce, SaaS, and platform ecosystems, working closely with regional stakeholders to scale enterprise adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new enterprise merchants, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Drive complex cross-border payment and FX solutions for global businesses operating across multiple markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with platforms and ecosystems (e.g. ecommerce, payroll, SaaS enablers).
- Build a strong enterprise pipeline in a greenfield setup, contributing directly to regional growth strategy.
- For senior hires, support team build-out, mentoring, and deal strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven enterprise sales experience in payments or fintech (cross-border, pay-in/pay-out strongly preferred).
- Track record selling to large merchants with USD10m+ annual transaction volumes.
- Strong hunter mentality with experience building new pipelines from scratch.
- Background from global payments or fintech platforms is advantageous.
- Chinese language not required.
