This is a commercially focused, end-to-end role suited to a proven hunter who enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders and converting them into long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
Leveraging a globally recognised market-leading brand that continues to invest in the region, this role carries full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle - from identifying whitespace opportunities and engaging C-suite stakeholders, through to solutioning, negotiation and closing. Working closely with subject matter experts and sales colleagues, you will position scalable SaaS-led solutions that support clients in transforming their talent and workforce practices.
The ideal candidate will bring a structured, enterprise SaaS approach to prospecting, stakeholder engagement and pipeline management.
Requirements
You are ideally a commercially driven sales professional with approximately 7–15 years of end-to-end B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably with experience within SaaS, professional services, or other recurring revenue environments. Exposure to HR technology or talent solutions businesses will be advantageous. You are recognised for your strong presentation skills, independence and credibility with senior decision-makers.
