We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to spearhead our organization's technology strategy, design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and data analytics, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering innovative solutions.
Base salary is SGD 30K or more, plus bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the organization's overall architecture strategy and technology roadmap, focusing on digital channels, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions across complex financial services domains.
- Develop and implement architecture frameworks that drive technology standardization, simplification, and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and oversee cloud migration, leveraging microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Implement robust cybersecurity practices, including IAM, PCI DSS compliance, and MFA.
- Spearhead the transition to a data-driven architecture, adopting data mesh principles and AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, C-level executives, and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote agile delivery practices and continuous innovation within the technology team.
- Contribute to RFP responses, client pitches, and project bids, providing functional and technical insights.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, with expertise in digital channels, data analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to lead technology transformations, especially in banking and financial services sectors.
- Hands-on experience in cloud migration, microservices, and digital onboarding and servicing initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in consulting, product evaluation, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google GCP), data analytics, and AI/ML applications.
- Deep understanding of financial services industry and experience with cash management, trade finance, and digital channels
