Enterprise Architect (8+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong background in designing and governing enterprise-level technical architecture to support multiple large-scale transformation initiatives in the supermarket retail domain.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in retail and enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms and integration strategies, with proven success in enabling digital transformation and scaling AI solutions for complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into scalable technical architectures.
- Drive architecture governance across multiple programs, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership for core retail systems, including ERP, POS, supply chain, e-commerce platforms, Merchandising and Planning systems (F&R, Assortment, P&P).
- Evaluate and recommend cloud adoption strategies, integration patterns, and emerging technologies to support omnichannel retail.
- Develop high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) for critical systems and oversee implementation.
- Ensure architecture supports security, compliance, and performance requirements across all platforms.
- Design of E2E retail data flows.
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within retail or large-scale consumer businesses.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
- Familiarity with microservices, API management, and integration technologies.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML enablement.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
- Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Architect, etc.) preferred.
