Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise and strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector landscape to design and deliver impactful, high-value solutions for our clients. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-wide technology architecture aligned with business goals. This role will define architecture standards, assess solution fit, and ensure systems, processes, and platforms integrate effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and standards.

• Align business strategy, digital transformation plans, and IT architecture.

• Evaluate current-state systems and define target-state architecture.

• Guide application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture decisions.

• Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, governance, and security requirements.

• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and technical stakeholders on solution design.

• Support architecture reviews, technology selection, and transformation planning.

• Identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and modernization.

• Manage cloud-based digital twin environments on Azure and/or AWS.

Requirements:

• TOGAF certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• More than 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles.

• Certification in Azure and/or AWS is required.

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, system integration, IoT platforms, and data-driven applications.

• Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture.

• Experience in architecture governance, solution assessment, and strategic planning.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
