Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead an architecture engagement focused on defining and delivering a clear, actionable enterprise architecture blueprint. The primary objective of this role is to guide the organisation's transition from its current-state architecture to a future-state architecture that is driven by modern digital and software capabilities. This role is outcome-oriented and hands-on, bridging business strategy, digital ambition, and technical implementation. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and delivery partners/vendors to ensure the future-state architecture is practical, implementable, and aligned to organizational priorities. The successful candidate will define a future-state enterprise architecture that leverages digital platforms, software services, cloud, data, and automation capabilities. They will also produce a clear transition roadmap from current to future state,and translate business strategy and digital objectives into actionable architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Architect, your responsibilities will include:
. Architecture & Blueprint Development:
Assessing and documenting the current-state architecture across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains in detail. Defining, in detail, a future-state enterprise architecture that leverages digital platforms, software services, cloud, data, and automation capabilities. Developing a target architecture blueprint, including architecture principles and guardrails, logical and LINKTREE CORPORATE SERVICES 545 Orchard Road, 03-24 Far East Shopping Centre, Singapore 238882 high-level physical architecture views (L1, L2 and L3 details), and key platforms, capabilities, and integration patterns.
. Transition & Roadmap Definition:
Producing a clear transition roadmap from current to future state, including a phased migration approach, dependencies, risks, and constraints, and quick wins vs. strategic initiatives. Identifying architectural building blocks required to enable digital transformation.
. Business-Technology Alignment:
Translating business strategy and digital objectives into actionvel
. able architectural designs. Engaging senior business and IT stakeholders to validate assumptions and priorities. Ensuring architectural recommendations balance value, risk, cost, and delivery feasibility. . Governance & Decision Support:
Providing architectural guidance to ongoing initiatives to ensure alignment with the target state. Supporting investment and solution decisions with clear architectural rationale. Defining architecture standards, patterns, and reference models where needed.
. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment:
Communicating complex architectural concepts in clear, executive-friendly language facilitating architecture workshops and working sessions where appropriate. Producing high-quality architecture artefacts suitable for executive, business, and delivery audiences. Getting alignment with Business stakeholders and Tech stakeholders (e.g. Senior Software Lead) on the architecture, blueprint and plan.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
. 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or large-scale solution architecture.
. Proven track record delivering enterprise architecture blueprints in transformation programs.
. Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
. Strong background in digital, software-driven, and platform-based architectures.
. Expertise in digital and software architectures including Cloud and hybrid platforms, API and integration architectures, Data and analytics platforms, and Modern application architectures (microservices, domain driven, event based etc).
