Enterprise Architect (Banking & Finance) Permanent Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT architecture, strategic planning,and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.

. Design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems and infrastructure tailored to client needs.

. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the company's IT capabilities, with a focus on solutions.

. Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems.

. Conduct regular assessments of the IT landscape to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

. Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise architecture, including diagrams, models, and standards.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

. Preferably 12-15 years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry.

. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect / Presales or in a similar role within an IT solutions company.

. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

. Proficiency in designing and implementing IT systems and infrastructure.

. Excellent understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.

. Experience in creating solutions for Banking & Finance customers.

. Strong technical skills and a wide understanding of various IT infrastructure technologies.

. Experience with ITIL and infrastructure background.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

. Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus.
