We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations in the financial services industry. The role focuses on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, ITOM, and certificate lifecycle.
• Drive integrations with PKI, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, ITIL, and security frameworks.
• Lead governance, roadmaps, and best practices for ServiceNow adoption.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 812 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITAM, ITOM, and certificate management solutions.
• Strong integration, automation, and CMDB design experience.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations (SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred: ServiceNow CTA / CIS certifications, financial services domain experience, and exposure to GRC/SecOps module
