Enterprise Applications & Salesforce Program Lead

Currently partnering with a leading statutory organisation at the forefront of Singapore's digital and tech landscape, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the public sector. Their Digital Transformation Office is a strategic division shaping how emerging technology and data are used to modernise processes and elevate the experience of the organisations and communities they serve.

They're now looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications & Salesforce Program Lead to own the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform end-to-end.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Salesforce programme across Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud
• Design scalable architecture, integrations, and data models
• Translate business needs into technical solutions alongside senior stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a CRM & Applications team, managing vendors and partners

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years in Salesforce administration, architecture & programme leadership
• Strong hands-on experience across Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud & Lightning
• Solid background in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data architecture
• Experience delivering in both agile and waterfall environments; PMP a plus
