We are partnered with a global business to hire an experienced Enterprise Architect to strengthen their regional Enterprise Architecture function. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive strategic roadmaps and architecture governance across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver the enterprise application transformation strategy, aligning IT with business priorities.
- Perform end-to-end capability analysis, mapping business strategies to technology and application capabilities.
- Drive application portfolio rationalization and regionalization, simplifying a landscape of over 1,000 systems.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance and design principles, partnering with Solution Architects and business stakeholders.
- Act as an internal advisor to senior leaders, identifying technology opportunities and risks across regions.
- Support major transformation programs, providing strategic architecture guidance across domains.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong industry background in Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Expertise in Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), Integration (API, ESB), Data & Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to establish architecture functions from scratch.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Relevant certifications (TOGAF, Salesforce, Azure, GCP) will be an advantage.
