About the Role:
We are seeking part-time executive coaches who are passionate and experienced in providing technical advisory and upskilling for SME business leaders and frontline employees in the discipline of Enterprise AI and Analytics. As an executive coach, you will guide business leaders and functional implementors to identify, prioritize, and execute high impact AI and analytics use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver high quality adult training and executive coaching in the areas of AI and advanced analytics, including topics such as:
- AI solutioning using variants of GenAI and Agentic AI (Claude Projects, CustomGPT, ChatGPT Agent, or equivalent)
- AI automation using tools such as n8n and Manus AI
- Database management using variants of SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, SQLite, or equivalent)
- Data Visualization using enterprise platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
- Analytics and Machine Learning programming using Python and associated libraries
- Analytics solutioning using low-code/no-code tools such as Orange Data Mining
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning (e.g., WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and performance, or equivalent) is a must
- Professional certifications in AI automation, Agentic AI, business analytics, data analytics, or related areas (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, etc.) is also preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI solutioning, data analytics, data science, technical advisory or a related discipline
- Previous teaching or training experience, particularly in an adult education or professional L&D setting
- Demonstrated experience with real-world AI and data analytics projects, including hands-on implementation and/or deployment experience
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging way
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a commitment to helping students succeed
- Demonstrated ability to work effective with senior executives and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
