Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Account manager to join our team to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with strategic merchants to drive business growth. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic business planning, customer engagement, and campaign management within the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio management of strategic accounts
- Build & maintain positive relationships with clients, promote merchant satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations and assist in problem-solving
- Identify new business opportunities by promoting new products and services or offering tailored solutions based on client's needs (working with product and tech team)
- Plan marketing campaigns to boost NETS usage
- Arrange senior management meetings for account reviews
- Prepare and give presentation to internal stakeholders
- Business development on mid-tier to large merchants to achieve incremental NETS revenue
- Secure new clients or grow existing clients, cold calling may be required
- Plan marketing campaigns with existing merchant to boost NETS usage
- Prepare proposals to prospective clients
- Management of 1-2 project initiatives for the team
